Audible Talents Mentorship Refund Policy

At Audible Talents, we are committed to providing a valuable and enriching mentorship
experience to our B2B customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may
need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the
refund process for our Mentorship Program.

    1. Eligibility for Refund:
      1.1. To be eligible for a refund, you must have subscribed to the Audible Talents Mentorship
      Program and made at least one monthly payment.
      1.2. Refunds are applicable for the most recent payment made and are not provided for
      payments made in previous months.
    2. Refund Amount:
      2.1. Audible Talents offers a 50% refund on the monthly subscription fee for the Mentorship
      2.2. The refund amount will be calculated as 50% of the most recent payment made for the
      current month.
    3. Refund Request Process:
      3.1. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team via email at
      3.2. Your refund request must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of the most
      recent payment.
      3.3. In your refund request, please provide the following information:
      Full Name
      Email Address associated with the Mentorship Program account
      Date of the most recent payment
      Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful for improving our services)
    4. Refund Processing and Charges:
      4.1. Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the request and verify the
      eligibility criteria.
      4.2. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within five (5) business
      4.3. Please note that the customer will bear all charges arising from the refund, including any
      transaction fees or processing charges incurred during the refund process.
      4.4. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the subscription.
    5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
      5.1. Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
      If the refund request is made after seven (7) days from the date of the most recent payment.
      If you have previously received a refund for the same subscription month.
      5.2. Refunds will not be provided for any additional services, resources, or materials purchased
      separately from the Mentorship Program subscription.
    6. Cancellation of Mentorship Program:
      6.1. If you wish to cancel your Mentorship Program subscription entirely, you can do so at any
      time. However, please note that the cancellation of the subscription does not entitle you to a
      refund for the current month’s payment.
    7. Modifications to Refund Policy:
      7.1. Audible Talents reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without
      prior notice.
      7.2. Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately and apply to all refund
      requests made after the policy update.
